Our support service is delivered via telephone, remote access, and on-site visits.

A full audit of your current infrastructure is performed upon engaging with new contracted clients to ensure familiarity with the systems to be supported and that a baseline of their performance is established.

Server Mantainance

There are a number of routine tasks that we perform on servers to ensure their smooth running.

Monitoring alerts us to some key metrics such as low disk space, high CPU and memory utilisation, UPS events, and backup messages.

By proactively monitoring we can ensure business critical systems work smoothly.

Flexible IT Support Hours

The number of hours of support you require are mutually agreed, and would be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

Support is calculated in 15-minute blocks, and includes time on-site, on the phone, documenting changes, and remote access.

Should you not use your monthly allowance then hours/blocks of 15mins are rolled forward to the following month.

At the end of each quarter, any additional hours will be invoiced separately.
